  It’s a nice church if they would be open. Covid cases are way down and vaccines are taking hold. Isn’t preaching the gospel a critical business to remain open. Such a disappointment to see fear keeping the doors closed. Do your job please.

  COTC is one of the most welcoming churches we have ever been to...my husband and I joined in March 2012. We were looking for a congregation that made us feel comfortable learning about God. We attended services off and on over the last few years and after each service, we grew closer to wanting God in our daily lives.
  The people who have touched our lives at COTC are such warm, caring people. We have been blessed to find this wonderful place to worship.

  I grew up at COTC. I've sinced moved to North Carolina, but am always welcomed home with smiles, hugs, laughter, and memories. From the pastors to the choirs to the youth organizations and the pot-luck dinners, this church family makes you feel wanted and blessed to know each and every single person that walks through the doors. I've tried a lot of churches in NC and have found NONE that compare to the love and compassion that is found at COTC. Miss you all.

  I have been a member of Church of the Cross since it began. My daughter was raised there and it was a wonderful place for her to learn about Jesus and develop life long relationships with kids her age and also from wonderful adult mentors. We have awesome, dynamic Pastors and lay people and many opportunities for growth. If anyone out there is looking for a church home, not only to raise there children in the way of God, but to become part of a loving church family, I HIGHLY recommend Church of the Cross!!!
